Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be a critical part of our claims team, handling homeowner's insurance claims from initial report to final settlement.
What you will do: You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of home insurance claims, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key responsibility:
- Receive and log incoming home insurance claims.
- Investigate claims to determine validity and extent of damage.
- Communicate with policyholders, contractors, and adjusters.
- Process claim payments according to company procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of all claim activity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and report potential fraud.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes (preferred).
