Home Insurance Claims Handler

What role you will play in team: You'll be a critical part of our claims team, handling homeowner's insurance claims from initial report to final settlement.

What you will do: You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of home insurance claims, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key responsibility:

• Receive and log incoming home insurance claims.
• Investigate claims to determine validity and extent of damage.
• Communicate with policyholders, contractors, and adjusters.
• Process claim payments according to company procedures.
• 
  Maintain detailed records of all claim activity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify and report potential fraud.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of insurance claims processes (preferred).
