Spot Trader - Treasury/Forex Trading

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Spot Trader to join a leading international banking and financial services organization in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute FX spot trades in line with market movements and internal trading strategies
- Monitor foreign exchange markets, currency trends, and economic developments
- Manage trading positions within approved risk limits and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with sales, treasury, and operations teams for smooth trade execution and settlement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders
- Prepare daily trading reports, P&L analysis, and market updates
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control frameworks
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in FX Spot Trading / Treasury Trading
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets and treasury products
- Experience handling interbank trading platforms and dealing room operations
- Good analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of market risk and treasury compliance processes
- Familiarity with Bloomberg/Reuters trading systems
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
