Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a POSH Trainer and Associate (Legal). The POSH Trainer and Associate will be responsible for conducting workshops and training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for various organizations. Daily tasks include developing training materials, delivering presentations, and providing legal consultation and support regarding sexual harassment cases. The role also involves drafting legal documents, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and providing guidance on compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law or related field

• Proficiency in conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations
• Strong knowledge of sexual harassment laws and regulations, and legal consultation skills
• Experience in developing training materials and drafting legal documents
