Team Overview
Our Research & Development (R&D) team is the technical talent at the heart of our product suite, overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. From engineering to quality assurance to data science, the R&D team ensures our customers seamlessly use our products and can depend on their consistency.
Description
Responsibilities
The Software Engineering team is a group of full stack developers who design, develop, and maintain our products, tools, and infrastructure.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:

• Attend scrum ceremonies like standup, grooming, planning, retrospective etc
• Using requirement in Jira, develop and unit test the code
• Present your changes to the Product manager
• Checkin changes to Git
• 
  Review other team members pull request
• Learn from senior members and guide the juniors
  

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience working with Database like Oracle preferably or other RDBMS .
• Experience using tools as SQL Developer, Jira and Git.
• Problem solving and debugging skills
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle( SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum Teams.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good Experience in client-side JavaScript or Typescript and related framework and libraries such as Angular and Jquery .
• Good to have experience in Object oriented programming in Java or Typescript .
• Good to have k nowledge of Spring MVC, Hibernate, Webservices
• Use of AI code editor like Cursor, Github Copilot
