Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Workday Resources at Brillio, you will be responsible for assisting with both FIN and HCM-side integrations. Your main focus will be on building new integrations and debugging issues as they arise. You will work with HCM and FIN techno-functional resources to ensure smooth integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, maintain, and support all Workday integrations using Workday integration tools such as studio, connectors, and PECI files.
- Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support the design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.
- Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system, and UAT testing.
- Provide ongoing support and collaboration with required business units for planning, validation, testing, and service updates.
- Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels.
- Have a good working knowledge of Workday Studio, Report Designer, and BIRT reporting.
- Utilize Integrations using Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, Benefit Integrations.
- Implement EIB, Calculated fields, and Business processes effectively.
- Have a good working knowledge of Advanced, Composite reports.
- Work on Workday Upgrade and Support projects hands-on.
Qualifications Required:
- 4-7 years of experience in Workday, with both FIN and HCM experience preferred.

- Strong experience in integration, including a minimum of 3 years of Workday Studio experience.
- Experience with Workato is preferred, or a willingness to learn it.
- Good working knowledge of Workday tools and processes such as EIB, Calculated fields, Business processes, Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, and Benefit Integrations.
- Ability to work on Advanced and Composite reports.
- Experience in supporting Workday Upgrade and Support projects.
Note:
- The contract duration is 6 months with the possibility of extension.
- Remote work is acceptable, but the candidate must be available for at least one round of face-to-face discussion.,
