Job Description

Education Qualification: BE Chemical Engineering & MBA preferred.

Roles and responsibilities:


1. Formulate and drive strategies to ensure positioning of Praj as a leading CBG technology provider, higher profitability and strong customer relationship in the region.

2. Understand drivers of market to generate and convert leads / enquiries into confirm orders.

3. Understand Praj technology and technical selling to create value proposition for Praj.

4. Establish and enhance market reach, connect and market share.

5. Analyse potential partner relationships for the existing and future product/ businesses.

6. Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and maximize sales performance in the most efficient, cost effective and commercial manner.

7. Align customer expectations in Market with the Praj team.

8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and foster a culture of continuous process improvement.

9. Focus on market intelligence, specific regional regulations to develop prospective customers and build rapport with them.

10. Evaluate competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations.

11. Guide Proposal team & review techno-commercial proposals and response to RFQ

12. Lead, motivate and develop a BD & Proposal team to create a customer centric high performing team.

13. Traveling and meeting stakeholders across the International and Domestic Geography

14. Preparation and Execution of sales strategy

15. Internal coordination to ensure responsive offering and proposal for Customers.
