Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our internal HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various IT non-IT, Digital Marketing and technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This role requires strong sourcing skills, candidate engagement, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
  • Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and panels.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and track recruitment progress using ATS or recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview feedback.
  • Manage offer discussions and pre-joining engagement.
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends and recruitment strategies in the IT industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
