Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will focus on driving sales of solar energy solutions, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat and requires the ability to travel regionally to meet clients and oversee sales operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and sales forecasting

    Knowledge of the solar energy industry and renewable energy solutions is highly preferred
  • Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential solar EPC projects is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to sustainable energy solutions
