Job Description

What role you will play in team: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. You'll be the first point of contact for resolving user's issues.

What you will do: Respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to senior technicians. You will also document issues and resolutions for future reference.

Key responsibility:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems and applications.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in a help desk or technical support role (0-1 year).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote access tools.
