Technical Support Representative

What role you will play in team: Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving their technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibility:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients seeking technical assistance.

• Document all support interactions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 0-1 year of experience in technical support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications.
