Area Sales Manager : Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Sales

We are hiring Area Sales Manager - Loan Against Property(LAP )/ Mortgage Sales with India's leading NBFC!!

Experience: 4 + Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage business through direct sales, DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for secured lending products.
• Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, key clients and financial intermediaries.
• Identify potential customers and drive customer acquisition through effective market penetration strategies.
• Ensure proper assessment of property valuation, documentation and coordination with credit teams.
• Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loan sales is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of secured lending products and the LAP sales process.
• Established network of DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
• Good knowledge of property valuation, legal documentation and credit processes.
• Proven ability to generate business, acquire customers and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management and team-handling skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates from NBFCs, Banks and Housing Finance Companies will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market with an existing DSA and channel partner network.
• Experience in team handling and business development within the LAP / Mortgage segment.
