Product Manager - Merchant Platform Optimization - FinTech

Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead Merchant Platform Optimization and transform digital experiences across frontline banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy & roadmap for merchant and frontline digital platforms.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Improve digital merchant journeys, user experience & platform adoption.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping and usability testing.
• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and manage product backlogs.
• Collaborate with Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance & Customer Service teams.
• Identify opportunities for AI, Automation & Generative AI within merchant platforms.
• Drive scalable digital solutions across distributed field teams.
• Track product performance, adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ Years of experience in Product Management, Digital Banking, FinTech, Payments or Digital Platforms.
• Strong experience managing web & mobile applications.
• Customer-centric and data-driven product mindset.
• Strong understanding of UX, customer journey mapping & product analytics.
• Experience with AI-enabled products / Generative AI is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related field. MBA preferred.
