Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via calls and follow-ups
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Counsel students regarding courses and enrollment process
• Maintain daily follow-up and lead tracking reports
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic Excel knowledge for tracking and reporting
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree preferred

Candidates currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation may also apply
