AGM - Projects

• Responsible for execution of construction works within the project timelines.


• Preparation of construction schedule and Ensure that the work are executed as per dimensions & levels mentioned in the Drawings.


• Responsible for quality of construction, adherence to approved drawing /specifications.


• Preparation Quality Inspection reports & get it approved by client’s representatives & General Manager.


• Ensure that housekeeping is maintained at work place & all persons working at site are using proper Personal Protective equipment.


• Delegation of work to subordinates, Finalization and certification of bills.


• Ensuring that all the required materials are indented and made available on time.


• Co-ordination between various agencies working at site, architects and consultants.


• Budget tracking & monitoring for relevant projects


• QA / QC & EHS audits compliance & monitoring
  


• Check & ensure billing verification


• Documentation with relevant stakeholders


• Maintain drawing registers and ensure design coordination


• Ensure all documentation, SAP processes, BTCM reports, etc


• Reconciliation of materials & billing.


• Other related works assigned to you by reporting manager.

Project Manager / AGM – Projects Interiors

• Checking the Scope of work, drawings and necessary permissions from various authorities


• Coordinate with the client, designers, consultants and contractors/subcontractors.


• To check all drawings and information received from the client/ designers.


• To assist procurement, QS in getting quotations from the subcontractors


• To implement paper work procedures to ensure adequate information is given to the related departments.

• To ensure works are carried out to the required quality, within the required time frame and as per designs and specifications and within the budget.


• To ensure safety standards are maintained


• To update current project status on daily / weekly basis


• Call / attend site meetings whenever required. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.


• Leading a team of worker/Contractor for completion of assigned work.


• Expedite all shop drawings and approvals.


• To check the site measurements according to the layout before marking or setting out partitions, ceilings and flooring


• Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting standards of quality.


• Scrutinize of Bill of quantity, measurement of installation and estimate.


• Co- Ordination with other agencies such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, BMS System, Communication System, civil ,façade,etc.


• Co- ordination with other professionals like Services Consultants, Structural Consultants, Architects, Project Management Consultants, etc.


• Adherence and compliance with operating guide line and manuals.
