Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments.
-Handle inbound inquiries and provide property details.
-Maintain and update the customer database.
-Explain property features and financing options.
-Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
-Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
-Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
Requirements:
-Experience: 1-2 years in real estate tele calling.
-Languages: Fluency in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, French, or others.
-Communication: Strong verbal, written, and persuasive skills.
-CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools.
