Role Description
- Drive sales and leasing activities for commercial and residential properties.
- Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage property listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate sales agreements, lease terms, renewals, and contract conditions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, tenants, investors, and brokers.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and leasing team.
- Set targets and ensure achievement of occupancy and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and proper documentation of all transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lease Administration and Property Management

- Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales strategies
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate markets and trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in building and managing client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in the real estate or leasing sectors is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
