Role Description

• Drive sales and leasing activities for commercial and residential properties.
• Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage property listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.

• Negotiate sales agreements, lease terms, renewals, and contract conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, tenants, investors, and brokers.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and leasing team.
• Set targets and ensure achievement of occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and proper documentation of all transactions.

Qualifications

  Experience in Lease Administration and Property Management
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales strategies
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate markets and trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in building and managing client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in the real estate or leasing sectors is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
