Responsibility

Supporting Activities

IT infrastructure operations

1) Manage and maintain servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.

2) Designing, deploying, and manage cloud-based systems.

3) Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), including AD Domain Services (AD DS) and AD Federation Services (AD FS).

4) Manage and maintain Azure AD, including identity and access management, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

5) Manage and maintain Dynamics 365 on the cloud, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

6) Manage and maintain Citrix, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler

7) Manage and maintain WAN technologies such as MPLS, VPN, and SDWAN

Customer Delight

1) Stay up to date on emerging IT security threats and vulnerabilities and ensure that the company's security policies and procedures are adjusted accordingly.

2) Provide guidance and support to internal teams on IT security best practices and ensure that security awareness training is conducted regularly.

3) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure are configured securely and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

3) Solve complex qualitative or quantitative issues proactively using the metrics, analysis of bugs and errors, the traffic management and feedback from the stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

Required Qualification

1) Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus would be preferred.

2) MBA in Operations/ Information Technology from a reputed & recognized university/Institute

Experience

6-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and operations

Technical Knowledge /skill

1) Strong understanding of server, network, and cloud-based systems.

2) Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Cisco Networking, and cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.

3) Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
