Job Title: International Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift / Rotational shift

Work days : 5 days working / 2 days weekoff

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Fresher or Minimum 1 year BPO experience

• Good English communication skills

Salary:

• For EXP Up to 5,50,000 CTC (Take Home approx. 37,800/month)
• For freshers Up to 4,00,000 CTC (Take Home approx. 26,000/month)
• 2,500 Monthly performance-based incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls from international customers
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services
