Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently (Voice Process)
- Provide accurate information regarding customer accounts and services
- Deliver high-quality customer experience in every interaction
- Meet defined KPIs such as Quality, AHT, CSAT, and Productivity
- Follow compliance and process guidelines
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Handle customer queries through chat and/or email support (Non-Voice Process)
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Ensure accurate documentation of interactions
1 International Chat Support (Day Shift Banking Process)
Salary: 24,500 Take Home
Location: Brookfield
Shift: Day Rotational
Working Days: 6 Days Working (Rotational Offs)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year BPO Experience Required
Cab Facility: One Way Cab (Up to 20 Kms)
2 International Voice Banking Process
Salary: Up to 5.6 LPA
Location: Hebbal
Shift: Rotational Shift
Education: UG / Graduates
Experience: International Voice Experience Required
Background Verification: EPFO Check Applicable
Cab Facility: One Way Cab (Up to 20 Kms)
3 International Chat Support (US Process 5 Days Working)
Salary:
Freshers: 17,000
Experienced: 27,000 (Up to 30% Hike)
Location: BTM Layout
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Cab Facility: One Way Cab (Up to 20 Kms)
4 International Voice UK Banking Process
Salary: Up to 5.2 LPA
Location: Manyatha Tech Park

- Clear pronunciation and confident speaking ability
- Strong grammar and sentence formation
- Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM preferred
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
