Job Description
- As an experienced cybersecurity professional, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their security needs, pain points, and existing infrastructure. Your role will involve designing and deploying customized cybersecurity solutions using products from industry-leading brands such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc. You will also be required to deliver technical presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase the effectiveness of the solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare solution architecture, proposals, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and RFP responses to meet client requirements effectively.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and collaborate with OEM TAC for escalations to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and OEMs for solution alignment and pricing, ensuring a seamless experience for the clients.
- Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to aid clients in understanding and maintaining the implemented solutions.
- Offer knowledge transfer and training sessions to client IT/security teams to enhance their capabilities and ensure effective utilization of the cybersecurity solutions.
Qualifications Required:
- A Graduate degree in a relevant field.

- 3-4 years of work experience in the IT services and consulting industry, with a focus on cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in Firewall technologies.
- Experience with SaaS solutions would be an added advantage.
