PowerBI Developer-Business Analyst

Business Analyst

This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will work with stakeholders throughout the organization to perform the functions outlined below. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative discussions, workshops, and interviews across the organization to identify and document business processes.


• Evaluate processes and identify those which may be made more efficient either through automation or improved data flows.

• Identify the specific data required and utilize appropriate models and tools to create reports, dashboards, and analysis of business data.



• Present and defend findings and recommendations to the Leadership Team.


• Plan and implement systems, processes, and analysis tools based which provide value to the organization.


• Support Operations, Finance, and the Executive Team to provide accurate data with appropriate analysis and supporting context.


• Participate in the implementation of new systems by identifying requirements, documenting procedures, implementing change management plans, and providing data reports, analysis, and dashboards.

Requirements

ProArch is looking to hire an individual who has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Superior communication skills, both written and oral, in small groups and with senior leaders
