Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions using C# and .NET.
- Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging WinForms, Windows and Web Services, and Angular.
- Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases using PLSQL, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
- Guide the adoption and implementation of Azure Functions and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams across multiple projects.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practices, performance, and security standards are met.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and introduce innovative practices to enhance project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality and within defined scope
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, .NET, WinForms, Windows and Web Services, Angular, and PLSQL.
- Strong experience in SQL and NoSQL database design and development.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions and cloud-based solution design.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor and inspire team members while driving technical excellence.

Good to Have Skills
- Experience with healthcare domain applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project management.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery models.
