Job Description
- As the Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. You will lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to ensure the integration of functions meets goals and identify necessary system enhancements. Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with multiple management teams to integrate functions and define necessary system enhancements
- Resolving high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation
- Providing expertise in applications programming and ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish goals
- Providing in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions
- Serving as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Java Apps Development or systems analysis role
- Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development

Education requirement:
- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Masters degree preferred
