Job Description
- As an Engineering Lead Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for leading various engineering activities related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Your role will involve working closely with the Technology team to ensure quality standards are met within the existing and planned framework.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives
- Define necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements
- Recommend product customization for system integration
- Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes
- Advise or mentor junior team members
- Impact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice and counsel
- Appropriately assess risk in business decisions with a focus on compliance and ethical conduct
**Qualifications:**
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
- Experience in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment
- Project Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, and benchmarking activities

- Demonstrated analytic and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
- Strong ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of projects
- Proven track record of operational process change and improvement
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required
- Master's degree preferred
