Role & responsibilities
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting (custom, lookalike, retargeting).
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad content and visuals.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
- Manage programmatic ads across display, video, and native platforms.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking and attribution.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.

- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign execution.
- Coordinate with external agencies for creative development and media buying.
- Communicate campaign goals, timelines, and performance to internal stakeholders.
- Support and guide junior team members, if any, in campaign management and reporting.
- Share performance insights with cross-functional teams for strategic alignment.
