Role Description:

• This role is a global role
• There will only be one delivery partner assigned to an account
• One DP can have multiple accounts assigned to him/her
• All the delivery team members in the account report to the DP
• In-charge of Revenue & Margins

• Oversees project and account financials to ensure healthy gross margins by optimizing delivery costs, maximizing billable utilization, and driving revenue realization across global engagements.

Responsibilities:

Delivery:

• Manage a portfolio of projects. Ensures that the projects deliver the value/ROI expected of the engagement, including quality, budget, and timelines.
• Serve as the first level of escalation point beyond the Project Manager for all services delivery activity to assigned customers. Leads project teams in the resolution of customer project issues, negotiates win/win agreements, escalating project/project issues effectively.
• Conduct regular delivery reviews to manages project related issues and mitigate cost and schedule over-runs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and share project level insight with Account Team to give the customer an enhanced experience across touchpoints.

Operations:

• Maintain billable utilization and manage the forecast of that utilization.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
• PPM compliance (Allocations, Actuals, Forecasts, Revenue Leakage plugging in).
• Review the invoices before they are sent to customers.
• Anchor the Proposal preparation for the projects in the account in collaboration with Engineering and Consulting Teams as needed.
• Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.

• Manage consultants and engineers, support in escalation situations, performance, and general team coordination within the account.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure the right resources are working on the right tasks at the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals.
• Provides support to Project Managers, coaching and mentoring on major issues and policy conflicts, help remove obstacles.
• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.

Monitoring & Control:

• Weekly Project Updates (DP, PM/SPM, Customer PM) 1 per each Project
• Progress in Current week
• Plan for next week
• Issues/Challenges – Handling plan
• Monthly Project Delivery Reviews (DP, PM/SPM, Tech Leads) – 1 per each Project
• Review of Project Performance
• Review of upcoming Project Milestones
• Review of Project Financials
• Issues/Challenges – Handling plan
• Process Compliance
• Weekly Delivery Dashboard
• Updates done directly in PPM
• DP is accountable to ensure that all project updates are done by end of the week.
