Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

YOE: 6+ yrs

• Must have a total of 6+ years of experience and 5+ years of relevant experience on ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) having worked on the below with respect to ELK:
• Installation and Configuration (Cluster Setup)
• Maintenance and Upgrade
• Fixing Vulnerabilities on servers
• Security and Access Control
• Authentication and Authorization
• TLS setup and certificate management
• Firewall Rules
• Monitoring and Alerting
• dashboards, metrics, custom metrics and alerts
• Performance Optimization and Scaling

  Backup and Disaster Recovery
• snapshots, backup and DR planning and support
• Troubleshooting and Debugging
• Customer support and Escalation (L1, L2 and L3 support)
• Should have expert level experience on Linux administration
• Experience of working with Enterprise Bus Java Framework and Java Naming Directory Interface (JNDI) is preferred.
• Experience of working with eXist Database will be a plus.
• Should possess good communication skills.
• Should have the ability to respond promptly to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Will have to coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other teams for complex issue resolution.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest ways to implement long-term fixes.
• May require working in shifts or being on-call for production emergencies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
