Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
