•Lead & manage a team of 8-10 accounting professionals
•Review journal entries, reconciliations, & financial statements
•Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely & accurate financial reporting
•Bank statements, intercompany transactions
•Hands-on experience with accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero
•Proven experience of 5+ years in team management
•Strong leadership skills
