Job Description
- As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by engaging with potential homebuyers, qualifying leads, and assisting in the sales closure process for real estate projects.
- Call and qualify inbound/outbound leads
- Share project details and handle basic client queries
- Coordinate site visits and follow-ups
- Assist closing managers in sales documentation and deal coordination
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
