Job Description

The Executive Assistant Export Sales Strategy will provide high-level administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Export Sales leadership team, ensuring effective execution of export sales strategies, business planning, and cross-functional alignment.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Strategic & Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing export sales strategies, business plans, and market entry presentations.
  • Track sales performance, targets, and KPIs across export markets.
  • Support pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and follow up on action items.

2.Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic sales analysis.
  • Consolidate export sales forecasts, order status, and revenue data.
  • Maintain accurate records of customers, distributors, and key accounts.

3.Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between Export Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and strategy discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle communication with overseas distributors and partners, as required.

4.Administrative & Executive Support

    Draft professional emails, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business and strategic information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of export sales processes and international markets
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS)..
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic mindset.
