Role Description

• The Team Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The Team Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new team members, creating and implementing sales strategies, and developing relationships with clients and partners.
• Actively work on verified Leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assisting in closing the deals
  
• A result-driven team leader is responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization&aposs objectives and increase sales.
• Responsible for analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and conducting sales presentations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry
• Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Client Relationship, and Management skills
• Highly skilled, motivated, and targeted-oriented
• Customer service orientation
• High levels of passion and ownership
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Completed Graduation and above
