Job Description
- The role involves identifying, researching, and contacting senior-level executives across various business sectors. You will be responsible for presenting suitable business propositions to decision-makers, aiming to enhance business growth. Establishing connections with key decision-makers and delivering compelling business propositions in line with company guidelines is a crucial aspect of the role. Effective communication during the proposal and deal-closing stages is essential. Meeting personal and company targets, identifying and resolving issues, and responding to customer inquiries professionally are key responsibilities. Ensuring business compliance, contributing to team revenue targets, and maintaining the company's CRM system are integral parts of the role. Leading by example, achieving revenue targets, and enhancing performance levels are vital objectives. Continuous self-development across various skill sets and marketing channels is expected. Requirements include a minimum of 6 months of work experience, preferably in a BPO/KPO background. Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in spoken and written English, cold calling experience, client database management skills, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and excellent negotiation skills are essential. Being sociable, adept at networking, self-motivated, and willing to work full-time on a permanent basis are important qualities. The job offers health insurance, life insurance, provident fund, day shifts, and performance bonuses. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in B2B international sales considered advantageous. The work location is in person.,
