Job Description
- As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and promote products/services. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, Bengali, and Hindi will ensure a seamless customer experience. You will address customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Identifying customer needs, generating leads, and following up for conversions will be key aspects of your role.
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will work in the day shift from Monday to Friday. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, while adhering to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
