Job Description
- Acts as a Partner, aligning business strategy with HR services and solutions. Works closely with assigned Business Units to provide the HR/people perspective to business changes.
- Coaches' leadership on HR programs including leadership development, people management practices, difficult conversation, goal / expectation setting, communication, and feedback.
- Driving International Managers Round table.
- Drive annual employee engagement survey and analyze results and action planning with BU heads.
- Fosters overall engagement and monitors and drives engagement actions and insights
- Providing guidance and/or coaching on specific confidential, complex HR issues.
- Assist in development of overall HR process and workflow procedures by recommending improvements or changes when deemed necessary for greater efficiency.
- Creating HR Infrastructure for country and maintaining it.
- Develop and conduct internal training sessions that promote employee/ management development, including performance reviews, talent reviews,
- Works closely within the Business Units through manager's connects to discuss attrition risks and open positions, complex employee cases within the organization by developing solutions and deploying action plans to address related issues and minimize skill loss within the organization.
- leads organization global HR project with respect to the country level implementation
- Perform special projects or other duties as requested.
- Provide data analysis to Bus in terms of graphs / dashboards.
- Engage employees through the mediums of various employee connects such as
- HR updates thru open house, Employee Round tables, All Hands
- Probationary employee connect,
- Night employee connect,
- Managers connects - US / India managers
- Leadership visit presentations - data, updates , ppts
- One on one Group heads meetings
- Share HR informative emails/ communications
- One on one with employee for any confidential concern or issue disucssions
- Ad hoc surveys etc.
- Vendors connects as and when
- In office employee meeting day / night - as and when
- Drive annual Performance appraisal process for country.
- Continuous collaboration with various BUS , managers, International stakeholders and other supporting groups for smooth functioning of the role.
- participate the HR Merger & Acquisition (M&A) process and on due diligence, while developing an effective implementation strategy to be most efficient with the cultural migration process.
