• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and align HR strategies with business goals.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct workforce analysis to identify skill gaps and develop plans for talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee and support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
