Credit Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Credit Manager will evaluate loan applications, assess borrower creditworthiness, and monitor the financial health of customers. Responsibilities include analyzing financial documents, implementing risk management strategies, maintaining compliance with credit policies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient loan processing and disbursement. The Credit Manager will also build and maintain relationships with customers to drive business growth while ensuring strong portfolio quality.

• Proficiency in Credit Assessment, Risk Analysis, and understanding of Financial Statements
• Experience with Loan Processing, Documentation, and Compliance
• Strong Analytical and Decision-Making Skills

  Get Hired
  Capability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
• Experience handling Business Loans, Loan Against Property, and other credit products
• Sound knowledge of applicable RBI regulations and financial management principles
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/CA is an advantage
• Prior work experience in NBFCs or financial institutions is preferred
