Position: Finance Intern – EMI Financing

• Stipend - 2k-4 k per month

About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our EMI financing
• operations. The intern will assist with processing and monitoring customer financing transactions,
• coordinating with lending/financing partners, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely
• reconciliation and documentation.
• This role is ideal for someone interested in finance operations, consumer lending, EMI processing,
• reconciliation, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and monitoring customer EMI financing transactions.
• Verify customer and transaction details as per internal processes and financing partner

• requirements.
• • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, fintech/lending partners, and internal sales/operations teams
• regarding EMI cases.

• Track financing applications from initiation through approval, disbursement, and settlement.
• Maintain accurate records of EMI transactions, approvals, cancellations, refunds, and

• settlements.
• • Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of EMI transactions against bank, payment gateway, and
• financing partner reports.
• • Identify discrepancies in transaction amounts, settlements, refunds, or commissions and
• escalate them appropriately.
• • Assist in preparing MIS reports related to EMI sales, approvals, disbursements, outstanding
• cases, and settlements.
• • Follow up on pending approvals, documentation, settlement issues, and transaction
• exceptions.

• Support invoice, payment, and financial documentation related to EMI transactions.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist the finance team with month-end closing and other finance-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable processes for financing transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or a related

finance/accounting course.

• Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with formulas such as

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
