Core Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine strategies
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
Assistance with sales and agreements:
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract potential clients
  • Assist with creation of proposals and presentations
  • Keep agreements in compliance for company and follow-up with customers for renewals
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
  • Provide insights and suggestions for improving business development strategies
ELIGIBILITY
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the IT or software services industry is highly desirable

Requirements
REQUIRED SKILL SET
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development in the technology or IT services sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Revenue generated from new and existing clients
  • Conversion rate of leads to successful deals
