Job Description
- The Full-Stack Technology Leader is responsible for maintaining, securing, connecting, and innovating technology across the organization. You will be leveraging emerging technologies, optimizing business processes, and driving innovation to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure alignment between technology and business objectives.
As an elite developer and systems architect, you must be able to design, code, and deploy full platforms from scratch. Being a polyglot engineer, staying ahead of emerging languages, frameworks, and architectural patterns is essential. You should also be a technology strategist who can align tech choices with business outcomes while enjoying hands-on building. A future team builder who can hire, mentor, and scale a high-performance engineering team post the initial product development is crucial. Thriving in ambiguity and being energized by solving hard problems fast is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development of the initial product across the stack (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure).
- Choosing the right technologies, balancing cutting-edge tools with practical, scalable solutions.
- Rapidly prototyping and iterating based on market and customer feedback.
- Developing a technology roadmap from MVP to a scalable platform.
- Owning the architecture for seamless integration with third-party tools and future internal services.
- Building with security, performance, and long-term maintainability in mind from day one.
- Staying ahead of emerging threats and tech trends.
- Working closely with founders, sales, and operations to align technology with business goals.
- Enabling data-driven decision-making through smart data architecture and analytics tools.
- Helping design and improve client-facing technology such as portals, dashboards, and AI tools.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with modern technologies (deep experience across multiple languages and frameworks).
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Security-first mindset with knowledge of encryption, access control, and compliance.
- Strong communicator capable of explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Past experience building or significantly contributing to a product from 0 to 1 is a huge plus.
Eligibility:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and digital strategy.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, AI, automation, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, and digital ecosystems.,
