Position: Inside Sales Manager

Salary: AED 6,000 7,000 per month

Incentives: Team-based performance incentives

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Off

Team Structure & Targets:

• Team size: 8 members (7 Inside Sales Executives + 1 Manager)
• Individual target: 3 sales per person
• Team target: 15 sales per month

Incentive Structure (Team-Based):

• On achieving 15 sales: AED 1,000 incentive
• After 15 sales: AED 200 per additional sale

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team
• Handle sales activities along with team members

Get Hired
• Assign and track individual and team targets
• Ensure daily calling, follow-ups, and lead utilization
• Support the team in closing deals
• Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity
• Maintain sales reports and coordinate with management
• Train and guide team members to improve conversion rates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales or sales team management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Experience in handling teams and closing sales
• UAE sales experience preferre
• Good CRM knowledge
