Duties
- You will support business users in handling current and new scenarios to ensure the business runs smoothly, supporting continued innovation.
- Diagnosing business processes will troubleshoot integration complexities when the frontend data is sent to the backend systems.
- Additional analysis to support data anomaly resolution, fraud, and other issues encountered form part of the core responsibility for this role.
