Job Description
- As a key part of Publicis Groupe's Global Mobility function, Publicis Re:Sources operates in over 100 countries, delivering innovative technology, finance, operations, and legal solutions to facilitate seamless mobility for expatriates and international assignees while driving operational excellence. This senior role requires a strategic leader with 6-10 years of Global Mobility experience, including 2-3 years in team supervisory roles. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, fostering a culture of teamwork, and serving as the primary contact for regional teams. Approximately 40% of your role will involve team management and stakeholder engagement, while the remaining 60% will focus on daily operational tasks.
Responsibilities include monitoring team objectives, collaborating to promote professional growth, and ensuring smooth communication with regional teams. You will oversee tasks such as annual tax authorization processes, compensation data collection, tax equalization balances, and compliance with immigration and visa procedures. Additionally, you will review vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies promptly, act as the point of contact for various queries, and identify opportunities for process automation. Project assistance, data analytics, reporting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder liaison are integral parts of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage diverse teams effectively, provide constructive feedback, and promote growth within the team. Proficiency in data management, reporting, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with mobility platforms is essential. A Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with relationship-building abilities and a knack for process improvement are crucial. You should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment, and have a track record of achieving high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,
