Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your deep skills and collaborate with a team to reimagine how businesses operate and improve people's daily lives.
- Drive solutions for large-scale clients within a product squad, focusing on areas such as Gen AI/ML, Digital Business Transformation, and architecture design.
- Work on non-functional requirements like security, performance, and reliability while advocating for relevant trade-offs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and platform engineers to define architecture and engineering practices.
- Mentor and guide product engineering culture while fostering people growth.
- Manage and grow client accounts, drive various initiatives, and contribute to open-source projects.
- Design solutions based on requirements, manage stakeholders, and implement best practices in architecture and design.
- Demonstrate expertise in Java, Springboot, databases, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Utilize tools for build automation, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and profiling applications.
- Implement distributed caching solutions, messaging platforms, and perform testing and performance engineering.
Qualifications:

- 17+ years of experience in building large-scale, high-volume, low latency, complex distributed services.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects from scratch and managing client accounts.
- Strong background in architecture and design principles, object-oriented programming, and database modeling.
- Proficiency in Java, Springboot, cloud platforms, testing frameworks, and performance tuning.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
