Job Description
- The Salesforce Technical Architect role at Publicis Sapient is a key position within a highly skilled capability group. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will collaborate with clients across various industry verticals to develop high-end software products and services through configuration and customization. Your role will involve presenting and communicating technical designs and solutions to peers, interacting clearly with clients and project teams, and creating detailed solution documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to consult with clients on best practices and identify opportunities to further leverage Salesforce and the Force.com platform.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect and possess a strong understanding of upcoming tech offerings in Salesforce. You should demonstrate a broad knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and be adept at creating complex solutions using a combination of Salesforce, AppExchange products, and B2B cloud technologies. Your experience should include designing solutions based on client requirements, as well as activities such as data modeling, API design, and business logic definition.
Ideal candidates will have 8-12 years of experience, with at least 2 years focused on implementing and developing Lightning Applications commerce applications with SFDC. You should be proficient in Salesforce integrations, with the ability to provide solutions for data syncing in real-time or near real-time scenarios. A strong command over Apex, Visualforce, and familiarity with frontend technologies, including Salesforce Lightning, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS frameworks, is essential for success in this role.
Moreover, candidates with Salesforce Architect Certifications and knowledge of Heroku, Angular.js, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CPQ, and Cloud Craze B2B will be considered favorably. The ability to mentor and coach junior consultants on technology-related matters, incident and problem management skills, and a proactive approach to staying abreast of new technologies are additional qualities that will set you apart.
