The role is designed to support the HR Shared Services team in India. It will primarily revolve around: Employee Lifecycle: The individual will be responsible for the overall success of the HR Shared Services Team at Publicis Sapient. The role entails a mix of end-to-end process operations like Employee Queries & HR Helpdesk, People Process implementation, Payroll Administration, and HRIS Management, as well as a variety of projects and assignments like Process Redesign, Reporting & Dashboards, HR Account Management, using tools to improve efficiency and scalability of processes, working with several stakeholders to collect data points and analyzing the same to recommend improvement opportunities, creating process maps and documents as knowledge repository etc.

COMP & BEN OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITY

  • Understand employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, payroll & benefits, exit management etc.
  • The role requires leading the team to run the monthly payroll and benefits for the organization within the monthly cutoffs.
  • Payroll geographies would include India, and other 9 geographies like US, UK, UAE, Australia etc. for various one-time payments like Bonuses, allowances etc.
  • The role requires running the benefits like Car lease, medical insurance, Pluxee meal card, Creche, NPS tuition reimbursement, etc.
  • Ensure transactions are completed promptly as per defined SLAs with a high level of accuracy.
  • Lead the team in various people processes.
  • Develop audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed and assist with follow-up audits, as required.
  • Take up process improvements and projects that help in enhancing peoples experience and improve track efficiency.
  • Contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of processes within the area of influence.
  • Support every aspect of the internal audit quality system program from audit planning, implementation, feedback, and re-audit as required.

ADDITIONAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continuously evolve the design and execution of our processes, drive adoption, change management, and communication.
  • Needs to have a strong knowledge of the HR domain to be able to create solutions to address our business realities.
  • Contribute to the designing of lifecycle process frameworks that would include drafting & reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of key processes.
  • Participate in team-level initiatives/ projects.
  • Work in cross-functional projects within People Success.
  • Ensure all HRSS activities are done as per SLAs and timelines defined in SOPs.
  • Monitor to see if all HR queries are responded to on time under the SLA.
  • Ensure complete documentation is maintained as per SLA.
  • Present track and team performance in monthly and quarterly reviews with leadership.
  • Able to manage escalations, exceptional cases, and complex issues with limited supervision. Create a strong RCA mechanism.
  • Self–motivated, disciplined, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in delivering company-wide events, and training programs.
  • Process Improvement & SOP Updating.
  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis to know the reason for the problem & highlighting them
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of relevant human resources experience.
  • Worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments and preferably in IT industry.
  • Has experience in HR Operations, process improvements, and operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management is critical. and she/he must build strong relationships to partner with multiple teams within the organization.
  • The role exhibits strong analytical and advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their expectations of quality and timeliness are met.

  • Business orientation is crucial and, thus should govern all people processes and initiatives in the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Team handling ability and maturity to drive difficult conversations and performance reviews of direct reports, if any.
  • Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical skills.
  • Process and result oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Work collaboratively with Business and People Strategists, and partner with individuals across different geographies.
  • Ability to maturely handle escalations and work pressure in demanding situations.
  • Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly.
