Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Tiruppur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and implementing growth strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating business proposals, meeting potential clients to discuss their requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to devise customized solutions. The role also includes achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and keeping track of market trends to inform future business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Market Research and Analytical skills with the ability to understand industry trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
  • Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and foster collaborative relationships

    Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the training or education sector is a plus

Location:

Candidates in and Around Tirupur or who can Commute to Tirupur daily only can Apply. Company Doesnt Provide free accommodation.
