The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to bring the Pure Escapes brand to life across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality written and visual content that inspires luxury travel agents, strengthens trade relationships, and supports sales and marketing initiatives.

The role includes the day-to-day management of Pure Escapes social media channels, with a focus on driving engagement, crafting compelling stories that drive retention in a B2B luxury travel market, maintaining brand consistency, and using performance data to continuously refine and improve our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality written content for the luxury travel B2B audience that engages luxury travel agents through compelling story-telling narratives and is aligned with the Pure Escapes brand tone of voice and luxury positioning
• Develop strategic, sales-driven content that positions Pure Escapes as a luxury travel leader, builds thought leadership, and drives agent engagement and bookings
• Manage the day-to-day operation of Pure Escapes social media channels, including content planning, content writing, and community monitoring
• Select and curate strong imagery from our image library that showcases luxury resorts, experiences, and destinations in a compelling and aspirational way
• Tailor content to each social platform to maximise reach and engagement, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices
• Monitor social media trends, new features, and emerging techniques, and apply them appropriately to the Pure Escapes brand
• Research competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities and content ideas
• Analyse performance data across social platforms and use insights to inform future content, campaigns, and overall social media strategy
  
• Support Content Manager by writing engaging newsletters, trade communications, and email campaigns tailored to luxury travel agents
• Develop content as directed for invitations, brochures, presentations, and other sales and marketing collateral
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, trade events, and product launches
• Manage content calendars and ensure all content is accurate, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating and managing content for social media, email marketing, and sales collateral
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to tailor content to drive engagement in a B2B luxury travel environment
• Strong visual eye with experience selecting and curating high-quality imagery
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of luxury branding, tone of voice, and visual aesthetics
• Experience within luxury travel, hospitality, or a premium lifestyle brand is highly desirable
• Confident working with data and analytics to optimise performance and inform strategy
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
