About The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Marketing Consultant based in Bhubaneswar who can lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and Product-Market Fit (PMF) validation, while building strong case studies and traction narratives for investor outreach.
This role is outcome-focused not just marketing activities, but measurable growth, structured experiments, and documented traction.
Key Responsibilities 1?? GTM Strategy & Execution

• Design and execute clear GTM plans for both B2C and B2B segments
• Identify target segments, positioning, pricing, and distribution channels
• Launch pilot campaigns and validate market response
  
  
  

2?? Product-Market Fit (PMF) Validation

• Design structured experiments to test demand and retention
• Track CAC, LTV, retention, conversion funnels
• Create repeatable acquisition and engagement models
  

3?? Case Study & Traction Documentation

• Convert pilots and campaigns into strong growth case studies
• Prepare investor-ready traction decks with metrics and insights
• Build clear storytelling around validation and scalability
  

4?? Local Partnerships & Growth Channels

• Build partnerships in Bhubaneswar (gyms, hospitals, corporates, communities)
• Drive offline + digital hybrid marketing strategies
• Create scalable distribution pathways

• Demonstrated success in GTM launches and achieving PMF
