We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and business oriented CA Intern to support our Business Excellence & Strategic Operations function, who is curious,structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and large datasets, with a strong desire to understand how businesses operate and make better decisions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data, a passion for numbers, and the ability to solve real-world business problems through data driven analysis. The role will involve analysing business data, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting strategic initiatives, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Stipend: 5k - 15k (Based on Interview Performance)

• Location: Sector 62, Noida (Work From Office)

Job Functions: Procurement | Strategy | Business Excellence| Strategic Sourcing | Cost Optimization | Vendor Management | Stakeholder Management | Finance | MIS Reporting | Problem Solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with leadership and cross functional teams to identify business challenges and drive effective solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives across multiple business functions including Finance, Procurement, Ecomm, Expansion, Administration, and Operations.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Support cost optimization initiatives, strategic sourcing, and vendor evaluation to improve business efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with potential vendors based on business requirements, pricing, capabilities, and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Business Teams,

Procurement, and Operations for smooth execution of projects.

• Maintain trackers, MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation for ongoing initiatives.
• Drive timely followups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project

• milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• • Assist in preparing business reports, analysis, presentations, and insights for leadership
• reviews.
• • Support process automation and operational excellence initiatives to improve scalability.
